Common use of Indemnification by Lessor Clause in Contracts

Indemnification by Lessor. Lessor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Lessee from and against any and all Claims for or on account of or arising from or in any way connected with injury to or death of any persons whomsoever or loss or damage to any property of any person (including the Aircraft), which may be suffered or incurred as a result of or in any way connected with (i) the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Lessor or (ii) a breach of Lessor’s obligations hereunder.

Indemnification by Lessor. Lessor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Lessee from and against any and all Claims for or on account of or arising from or in any way connected with injury to or death of any persons whomsoever or loss or damage to any property of any person (including the Aircraft), which may be suffered or incurred as a result of or in any way connected with (i) the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Lessor or (ii) a breach of Lessor’s obligations hereunder, including without limitation Section 4.3 above.

Indemnification by Lessor. The Lessor agrees to defendindemnify, indemnify and save, hold harmless and defend the Lessee Lessee, its officers, agents and employees from and against any all suits, claims, demands, actions, liabilities, judgments, costs including all costs of litigation preparation and all Claims for or on account of or attorney's fees arising from out of, or in any way connected with injury to predicated upon personal injury, death or death of any persons whomsoever property damage resulting from, related to, caused by or loss or damage to any property of any person (including the Aircraft), which may be suffered or incurred as a result of or in any way connected with (i) the gross negligence or willful misconduct arising out of the failure of Lessor or (ii) a breach to perform any of Lessor’s its obligations hereunderincident to this Lease.
