Common use of Indemnification by PERMATEC Clause in Contracts

Indemnification by PERMATEC. Without affecting any other remedies available under this Agreement, PERMATEC shall defend, indemnify and hold BIOSANTE and its directors, officers and employees, harmless from and against any and all claims, suits or demands for liability, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable fees, costs and expenses of attorneys and other professionals and court costs, but excluding consequential damages for lost profits) arising from or relating to the negligence or willful misconduct of PERMATEC in connection with the subject matter of this Agreement.
