Common use of Indemnification by SRC Producer Clause in Contracts

Indemnification by SRC Producer. SRC Producer shall indemnify, defend, and hold Public Service, its employees, agents, successors, assigns, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “Indemnified Parties”) harmless against any and all claims, demands, liens, lawsuits, judgments or actions of whatsoever nature (“Losses”) that may be brought on account of the installation, maintenance, operation, repair, or replacement of the PV System or any component equipment of the system, or SRC Producer’s administration of Subscriptions or the performance of its responsibilities as a subscriber organization.
