Indemnification by SRC Producer. Environmental. SRC Producer shall indemnify, defend and hold the Indemnified Parties harmless from and against all Losses arising out of any claim alleging Environmental Contamination at the Solar Garden Site and/or illegal disposal of Hazardous Materials off-site, regardless of merit and regardless of SRC Producer’s responsibility therefor.
