Common use of Indemnification by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Indemnification by Tenant. Tenant shall indemnify, defend, protect and hold Landlord and its successors and assigns, free and harmless for, from and against and to reimburse Landlord with respect to any and all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, penalties, forfeitures, damages, remediation expenses, losses or expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs through litigation and all appeals) caused in whole or in part by any Contamination with respect to the Premises resulting from Tenant’s activities on the Premises.

Indemnification by Tenant. Tenant shall indemnify, defend, protect and hold indemnify Landlord and its successors and assigns, free and save it harmless for, from and against and to reimburse Landlord with respect to any and all claimssuits, actions, causes of action, liabilities, penalties, forfeitures, damages, remediation expensesclaims, losses liability and expense in connection with loss of life, bodily or expenses (includingpersonal injury, without limitationor property damage arising from or out of any occurrence in, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs through litigation and all appeals) caused in whole upon, at or from the Leased Premises, or the occupancy or use by Tenant of Leased premises or any part thereof, or occasioned wholly or in part by any Contamination with respect to the Premises resulting from act or omission of Tenant’s activities on the Premises, its agents, contractors, employees, servants, invitees, licensees, or concessionaires.

Tenant shall indemnifyprotect, defend, protect indemnify and hold Landlord Landlord, its agents, employees and its successors and assigns, free and contractors harmless for, from and against and to reimburse Landlord with respect to any and all claims, actionsdamages, causes of actiondemands, penalties, costs, liabilities, penaltieslosses, forfeitures, damages, remediation expenses, losses or and expenses (including, without limitation, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs through litigation reasonable and all appealsdocumented expenses at the trial and appellate levels) caused in whole or in part by any Contamination with respect to the Premises resulting from Tenant’s activities on the Premises.extent

Indemnification by Tenant. Tenant shall indemnify, defend, protect protect, and hold Landlord and its successors and assigns, free and harmless for, from and against all loss, cost, expense and liability whatsoever (including Landlord’s cost of defending against the foregoing, such cost to reimburse Landlord with respect include attorney fees) arising from, or resulting or occurring due to any and all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, penalties, forfeitures, damages, remediation expenses, losses or expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs through litigation and all appeals) caused in whole or in part by any Contamination with respect to the Premises resulting from Tenant’s activities on construction, use, occupancy, or abandonment of the Leased Premises, Common Areas, or other portions of the Shopping Center.

Indemnification by Tenant. Indemnification by Tenant.
