Common use of Indemnification by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Indemnification by Tenant. Except as otherwise provided in Article 10, Tenant covenants at all times to save the Landlord harmless from all loss, cost or damage which may occur or be claimed with respect to any person or persons, corporation, property or chattels on or about the Demised Premises, or to the property itself, resulting from the intentional or grossly negligent acts of Tenant, its invitees, servants and agents.

Indemnification by Tenant. Except as otherwise provided in Article 10, Tenant covenants at all times to save the Landlord harmless from all loss, cost liability, cost, expense or damage damages that Landlord may incur or which may occur or be claimed with respect to any person or persons, corporation, or property or chattels on or about the Demised Premises, Premises or to the property itself, resulting from any act done or omission by or through the intentional or grossly negligent acts of Tenant, its agents, employees, invitees, servants and agentsor any person on or about the Premises by reason of Tenant's use. This indemnification by Tenant of Landlord shall survive the termination of this Lease.
