Indemnification by the Loan Platform Administrator. (a) The Loan Platform Administrator and any director, officer, employee or agent of the Loan Platform Administrator may rely in good faith on any document of any kind prima facie properly executed and submitted by any Person respecting any matters arising hereunder, except to the extent the Loan Platform Administrator knows that such document is false, misleading, inaccurate or incomplete.
