Indemnification by Trident Clause Samples
The "Indemnification by Trident" clause requires Trident to compensate or protect the other party from losses, damages, or liabilities that arise from specific actions or omissions attributable to Trident. Typically, this means that if Trident's conduct, such as negligence, breach of contract, or infringement of third-party rights, causes harm to the other party, Trident must cover the resulting costs, including legal fees or settlements. This clause serves to allocate risk by ensuring that the party responsible for causing harm bears the financial consequences, thereby protecting the other party from unforeseen liabilities.
