Indemnification: Disclaimers, etc. The Security Trustee shall be entitled to be indemnified in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.07 on the same terms as the Trustee. Without prejudice to any other provision of this Article 12, the Security Trustee and the Company agree that the Trustee shall have no liability to the Security Trustee or the Company (whether sounding in tort, contract or otherwise) hereunder except in its capacity as Trustee under, and as provided for in, this Indenture.
