Indemnification for Brokerage. Buyer and the Company each represent and warrant that no broker or finder has acted on its behalf in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby. In addition to the indemnification obligations contained in Section 6, each party hereto agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the others from any claim or demand for commissions or other compensation by any broker, finder or similar agent who is or claims to have been employed by or on behalf of such ply.
