Indemnification for Contribution Claims by Others. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the indemnification herein will include claims of contribution which may be brought by other officers, directors or employees of the Company who may be jointly liable with Indemnitee for any Loss or Expense arising from a Legal Action.
