Indemnification for Fees of Brokers and Finders. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Buyer, on the one hand, and Seller, on the other, agree to indemnify and save the other harmless from any claim or demand for commission or other compensation by any broker, finder, agent or similar intermediary claiming to have been employed by or on behalf of Buyer, on the one hand, or Seller, on the other hand. 7.4
