Indemnification for Fines and Penalties. Any fines or other penalties incurred by a Party for non-compliance with the applicable Laws of Pakistan, unless they result directly from an act or omission of the other Party (in which case, they shall be reimbursed by the other Party), shall not be reimbursed by the other Party but shall be the sole responsibility of the non-complying Party.
