Indemnification for Fines and Penalties. Any fines or other penalties incurred by the Company for non-compliance with applicable Laws of Bangladesh or other governmental actions taken pursuant thereto or the Consents shall not be reimbursed by the GOB but shall be the sole responsibility of the Company.
