Indemnification for Fines and Penalties. Any fines or other penalties incurred by the Company for non-compliance with applicable Laws of Pakistan or other governmental directions issued pursuant thereto and in accordance therewith or the Company Consents shall not be reimbursed by any Relevant Authority but shall be the sole responsibility of the Company.
