Indemnification for Leasing Commissions. Landlord and Tenant hereby represent and warrant to each other that, other than Wiedmayer Brokerage, LLC (“Landlord’s Broker), for Landlord, neither has dealt with any real estate broker in the negotiation and execution of this Second Amendment and that no other party is entitled, as a result of the actions of the party making such representation, to a commission or other fee resulting from the execution of this Second Amendment. Each party shall indemnify the other from any and all liability for the breach of such party’s representation. Landlord shall be responsible for paying any brokerage commissions owed to Landlord’s Broker related to the execution of this Second Amendment.
