INDEMNIFICATION FOR VIOLATION OF LAW. Owner shall indemnify, defend and save Pinnacle harmless from any and all claims, proceedings or liabilities as well as all costs and expenses thereof, (including, but not limited to, fines penalties, and reasonable attorneys fees) involving an alleged or actual violation by Owner of any statute, rule or regulation pertaining to the premises, property, the management or the operation of the Project, except to the extent that such claim, proceeding or liability resulted from the negligence or willful misconduct of Pinnacle.
