Indemnification Independent Right Sample Clauses

Indemnification Independent Right. Each right of a person to be indemnified, defended and/or held harmless pursuant to this Article IX is independent of such person's rights pursuant to any other Section of this Agreement and shall not be affected or limited in any way by any event or circumstance unless this Article IX expressly provides that such event or circumstance shall affect or limit such right of such person, regardless of whether or not such event or circumstance affects or limits any other right of such person or any right of any other person under this Article IX.
