Indemnification; No Liability for Third Party Goods or Services. Commerce is not liable for any goods or services purchased with the Card, including, but not limited to any liability for the quality, availability, delivery or any other issue with respect thereto. Cardholder ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Commerce and its officers, directors, employees, agents and shareholders from and against any third party claims arising out of or related to Cardholder’s use of a Card or the Site.
