Indemnification Not Exclusive; Inuring of Benefit. The indemnification and advance of expenses provided by this Article XI shall not be deemed exclusive of any other right to which an indemnified Person may be entitled under any statute, provision of the Certificate, this Agreement, vote of Members entitled to vote or otherwise and shall inure to the benefit of the heirs, executors and administrators of any such Person.
