Indemnification Not Sole Remedy. Each Party hereby acknowledges that the indemnification provided for under this Section 16 shall in no manner limit, restrict or prohibit (unless liability is otherwise expressly limited by the terms of this Agreement) either Party from seeking any recovery or remedy provided at law or in equity from the other Party in connection with any breach or default by such other Party of any representation, warranty or covenant hereunder.
