Indemnification of ADA Claims. XXX claims arising from failure to comply with Construction Documents shall be indemnified, held harmless and defended by Contractor. Further, any withholdings for ADA violations in Article 29.4 shall include potential redesign costs and an accelerated repair costs due to the potential for ADA claims arising from DSA posting of ADA violations on the Project.
