Common use of Indemnification of Brokerage Clause in Contracts

Indemnification of Brokerage. The Company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Purchaser from any Claim for commission or other compensation by any Broker claiming to have been employed by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and to bear the cost of legal expenses incurred in defending against any such claim.
