Common use of Indemnification of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Indemnification of Consultant. The Companies hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Consultant and its present and future officers, directors, affiliates, employees and agents ("INDEMNIFIED Parties") to the fullest extent permitted by law.
