Common use of Indemnification of Indemnitee Clause in Contracts

Indemnification of Indemnitee. The Company hereby agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Indemnitee to the full extent authorized or permitted by the provisions of Article 8, the Articles of Incorporation, and the Bylaws, all as may be amended from time to time. In furtherance of the foregoing indemnification, and without limiting the generality thereof:

Indemnification of Indemnitee. The Subject to Sections 5 and 11, the Company hereby agrees to defend, hold harmless and indemnify Indemnitee to the full fullest extent authorized or permitted by the provisions of Article 8, the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and the BylawsCode, all as the same may be amended from time to time. In furtherance time (but, only to the extent that such amendment permits the Company to provide broader indemnification rights than the Bylaws or the Code permitted prior to adoption of the foregoing indemnification, such amendment) against any and without limiting the generality thereof:all Indemnifiable Claims.
