Common use of Indemnification of Landlord Clause in Contracts

Indemnification of Landlord. (a) Tenant shall hold Landlord harmless from and defend Landlord against any and all claims or liability for damages to any person or property in, on or about the Premises from the negligence or wrongful acts of Tenant, its agents, contractors, employees, subtenants, assignees and licensees.

Indemnification of Landlord. (a) Tenant Tenant, as a material part of the consideration to be rendered to Landlord under this Lease, shall hold Landlord exempt and harmless from and defend Landlord against any and all claims damage or liability for damages injury to any person person, or property inthe goods, on or about the Premises wares and merchandise of any person, arising from the negligence or wrongful acts use of the premises by Tenant, its agentsor from the failure of the Tenant to keep the premises in good condition and repair, contractors, employees, subtenants, assignees and licenseesas herein provided.

Indemnification of Landlord. Indemnification of Landlord. (a) Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from and defend Landlord against any and all claims loss, damage, or liability for damages by reason of any injury to any person person, or property in, on occurring through the fault or about the Premises from the negligence or wrongful acts of Tenant, its agents, contractors, his/her employees, subtenantspatrons, assignees and licenseesor guests.

Indemnification of Landlord. (a) Tenant shall hold agrees to indemnify and save Landlord harmless from and defend Landlord against any and all claims arising from any act, omission or liability for damages neglect of Tenant, or its agents, servants, employees, contractors, licensees, or arising from any accident, injury or damage whatsoever caused to any person or property inoccurring on, on in or about the Premises from the negligence or wrongful acts of Tenant, its agents, contractors, employees, subtenants, assignees and licenseesleased premises.

(a) Tenant shall defend, indemnify, and hold Landlord harmless from and defend Landlord against any and all claims claim, loss, expense or liability for damages damage to any person or property inin or upon the Leased Premises, on or about the Premises from the negligence or wrongful acts arising out of Tenant's use or occupancy of the Leased Premises, or arising out of any act or neglect of Tenant or its agents, contractorsservants, employees, subtenantsagents, assignees and licensees.or invitees. However, the Landlord shall be solely responsible for any violation of environmental laws in accordance with Exhibit A.

Tenant shall indemnify, hold Landlord harmless from and defend Landlord from and against any and all claims costs, expenses (including reasonable counsel fees), liabilities, losses, damages, suits, actions, fines, penalties, claims, or liability for damages to demands of any kind and asserted by or on behalf of any person or property ingovernmental authority, arising out of or in anyway connected with, and Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant on or about the Premises from the negligence or wrongful acts of Tenant, its agents, contractors, employees, subtenants, assignees and licensees.account of;

Indemnification of Landlord. (a) Tenant shall indemnify, reimburse, hold Landlord harmless from and defend Landlord for, from and against any and all claims claim, loss, damages, expense or liability for damages arising out of or related to any person action or property in, on inaction of Tenant or about the Premises from the negligence or wrongful acts of Tenant, its agents, independent contractors, employees, subtenantscustomers, assignees suppliers or invitees, any condition of the Property which is the responsibility of Tenant under this Lease, or any goods sold by Tenant from the Property (including product liability, professional malpractice and licenseesother claims).

Indemnification of Landlord. (a) Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from and defend Landlord against any and all claims claim, demand liability, damage, costs, expense (including attorney fees), or liability for damages loss arising out of or related to any person or property in, on or about the Premises from the negligence or wrongful acts activity of Tenant, its agents, contractorsor invitee's on the Premises or any condition existing in the Premises, employeesincluding any such claim, subtenantsloss or liability that may be caused or contributed to in whole or in part by Landlord, assignees and licenseesunless caused by the Landlord's own negligence.
