Common use of Indemnification of Licensor Clause in Contracts

Indemnification of Licensor. Licensee shall indemnify licensor for any and all liability for personal injuries, property damage, or for loss of life or property resulting from, or in any way connected with, the condition or use of the premises covered by this license, or any means of ingress thereto or egress therefrom, except liability for personal injuries, property damages, or loss of life or property excused solely by the negligence of licensor.

Indemnification of Licensor. Licensee shall defend, indemnify licensor for any and hold Licensor free and harmless from and against all liability for personal injuriesliability, property loss, damage, costs or for expenses (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising from or as the result of the death of any person or any personal injury, accident, claim, loss or damage whatsoever caused to any person or to the property of life any person, or property any responsibility or liability resulting from, from or in any way connected with, with Licensee’s entry onto the condition or use of the premises covered by this license, or any means of ingress thereto or egress therefrom, except liability for personal injuries, property damages, or loss of life or property excused solely by the negligence of licensorProperty and/or Testing.

Indemnification of Licensor. Licensee Licensor shall indemnify licensor for indemnify, defend and hold Licensee, free and harmless from any and all liability for personal losses, damages, injuries, property damageand liabilities, or for loss of life or property resulting fromincluding attorney fees and costs, or in arising from any way connected with, the condition or third party claims that Licensee's use of the premises covered by Property in connection with the Licensed Products as provided in this license, or Agreement A infringes on the proprietary rights of any means of ingress thereto or egress therefrom, except liability for personal injuries, property damages, or loss of life or property excused solely by the negligence of licensorother party.
