Indemnification of Members and Participants. The Library JPA shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Members, both Core Members and Non-Voting Members, Directors, and each of their respective officers, agents, and employees, from all claims, losses, damages, costs, injuries, and liabilities of every kind arising directly or indirectly from the conduct, activities, operations, acts, and omissions of the Library JPA.
