Common use of Indemnification of Operator Clause in Contracts

Indemnification of Operator. Subject to this Article 7, each Participant must indemnify the Operator from and against any Liability suffered, sustained or incurred by the Operator in respect of any Loss, Claim, proceeding, injury or death (including legal fees) arising out of or as a consequence of the performance by the Operator or its officers, employees or agents of the Operator’s obligations under this Agreement.

Indemnification of Operator. Subject to this Article 7§7.8, each Participant must shall, pro rata to its Interest, indemnify and save the Operator and any former Operator harmless from and against any Liability sufferedloss, sustained or incurred by the Operator in respect of any Lossliability, Claimclaim, proceedingdemand, damage, expense, injury or and death (including including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, legal fees) arising out resulting from any acts or omissions of or as a consequence of the performance by the Operator or its officers, employees or agents of the Operator’s obligations under this Agreementagents.

Indemnification of Operator. Subject to this Article 78, each Participant must indemnify the Operator from and against any Liability liability suffered, sustained or incurred by the Operator in respect of any Lossloss, Claimdamage, claim, demand, proceeding, expense, injury or death (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or as a consequence of the performance by the Operator or its officers, employees or agents of the Operator’s obligations under this the Agreement. This indemnity shall not apply in respect of any liability of the Operator to a Participant pursuant to clause 8.7.
