Indemnification of Service Providers. The Company may, to the extent authorized from time to time by the Board, grant rights of indemnification and advancement of expenses to any Service Provider or other Persons, including any Member, to the fullest extent of the provisions of this Section 4.8 with respect to the indemnification and advancement of expenses of Directors.
