Common use of INDEMNIFICATION OF SIEMENS Clause in Contracts

INDEMNIFICATION OF SIEMENS. VIEWRAY shall indemnify Siemens against any and all third party claims resulting from the application of a CUSTOMER SEQUENCE. The obligations of VIEWRAY mentioned in this Section 7 apply under the precondition that Siemens informs VIEWRAY without delay in writing of any such third party claims, does not accept on its own any such claims and conducts any disputes, including settlements out of court, only in agreement with VIEWRAY.
