The Charitable Trustee shall be indemnified by the Trust or from the proceeds from the sale of Equity Shares held in the Charitable Trust, as further provided in this Article V, for its costs and expenses reasonably incurred in connection with conducting its duties and satisfying its obligations pursuant to this Article V.
