Common use of Indemnification of the Lessor Clause in Contracts

Indemnification of the Lessor. In the event that the Lessee has not fulfilled any of its undertakings under this Agreement, the Lessor will be entitled (but not obligated), in addition to, and without derogating from its rights and authorities under this Agreement by law, to perform any actions which the Lessee was required to perform, and the Lessee will be required to reimburse and to repay to the Lessor, immediately upon its demand, any payment or expense which the Lessor has incurred in connection with the foregoing.
