Indemnification Regarding Employment Disputes. Participating Agency shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the State of Wisconsin, including the Division and the Department, with respect any disputes Participating Agency may have with its employees. Such disputes include but are not limited to charges of discrimination, harassment, improper wage payment, and discharge without just cause.
