Common use of Indemnification Required Clause in Contracts

Indemnification Required. Payments or transfers under §9.2 are in full settlement of our obligations under this contract. Prior to making such payments or transfers under §9.2(a), we may require you and the Plan Sponsor to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all losses, claims, or demands that may later be asserted against us in connection with the making of such payment or transfer.
