Indemnification Rights Cumulative. The indemnification rights contained in this Article IX shall be cumulative of, and in addition to, any and all rights, remedies and other recourse to which the Indemnitee shall be entitled, whether pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, at law or in equity. Indemnification shall be made solely and entirely from the Assets of the Company, and no Member shall be personally liable to the Indemnitees under this Article IX.
