Common use of INDEMNIFICATION RIGHTS NON-EXCLUSIVE Clause in Contracts

INDEMNIFICATION RIGHTS NON-EXCLUSIVE. The indemnification provided by Section 11.1 shall be in addition to any other rights to which those indemnified may be entitled under any agreement or vote of the Members, as a matter of law or equity or otherwise, both as to action in the Indemnitee’s capacity as a Member, as an Affiliate or as an officer, director, employee, agent or Principal of a Member and as to any action in another capacity, and shall continue as to an Indemnitee who has ceased to serve in such capacity and shall inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors, assigns, representatives and administrators of the Indemnitee.

INDEMNIFICATION RIGHTS NON-EXCLUSIVE. The indemnification provided by this Section 11.1 5.9 shall be in addition to (and not in lieu of) any other rights to which those indemnified may be entitled under any agreement or vote of the Membersagreement, as a matter of law or equity or otherwise, both as to action in the Indemnitee’s capacity as a Member, Member or Manager or as an Affiliate or as an officer, director, employee, agent of the Company, or Principal of a any Skybound Member and as to any action in another capacity, and shall continue as to an Indemnitee who has ceased to serve in such capacity and shall inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors, assigns, representatives assigns and administrators of the such Indemnitee.

INDEMNIFICATION RIGHTS NON-EXCLUSIVE. The indemnification provided by Section 11.1 9.1 shall be in addition to any other rights to which those indemnified may be entitled under any agreement or agreement, the vote of the Managers or Members, as a matter of law or equity equity, or otherwise, both as to action in the Indemnitee’s 's capacity as a Member, as an Manager, Officer, Affiliate or as an officer, director, employee, agent or Principal principal of a Member Member, Manager or Officer and as to any action in another capacity, and shall continue as to an Indemnitee who has ceased to serve in such capacity and shall inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors, assigns, representatives assigns and administrators of the Indemnitee.
