INDEMNIFICATION The Joint. Venturers will indemnify and keep indemnified the State and its servants agents and contractors in respect of all actions suits claims demands or costs of third parties arising out of or in connection with any work carried out by or on behalf of the Joint Venturers pursuant to this Agreement or relating to their operations or arising out of in connection with the construction maintenance operation or use by them or their servants agents contractors appointees or assignees of the works or services constructed maintained operated or used by them under this Agreement or the plant apparatus or equipment installed in connection therewith.
SECTION 28.01 VARIATION The parties may from time to time by agreement in writing add to substitute for cancel or vary all or any of the provisions of this Agreement or of any lease licence easement or right granted hereunder or pursuant hereto for the purpose of implementing or facilitating any of the purposes and objects of this Agreement.
