Indemnify us for loss. damage (a) your and/or the business member’s breach of any obligations under this agreement; (b) the actual or attempted enforcement or protection of any of our rights and remedies against you and/or the business member; and/or (c) any change in any law, regulation or official directive which has an effect on the card, the card account and/or this agreement, and the same may be debited to your card account and/or shall be paid by the business member on demand.
