Common use of Indemnitees Clause in Contracts

Indemnitees. Indemnitees" shall mean the following Persons: (a) the Purchaser; (b) the Purchaser's current and future affiliates; (c) the respective Representatives of the Persons referred to in clauses "(a)" and "(b)" above; and (d) the respective successors and assigns of the Persons referred to in clauses "(a)", "(b)" and "(c)" above.

Indemnitees. Indemnitees" shall mean means the following Persons: (a) the Purchaser; (b) the Purchaser's current and future affiliates; (c) the respective Representatives of the Persons referred to in clauses "(a)" and "(b)" above; and (d) the respective successors and assigns of the Persons referred to in clauses "(a)", "(b)" and "(c)" above.

Indemnitees. “Indemnitees" shall mean ” means the following Persons: (a) the Purchaser; (b) the Purchaser's ’s current and future affiliatesAffiliates; (c) the respective current and future Representatives of the Persons referred to in clauses "“(a)" ” and "“(b)" ” above; and (d) the respective successors and assigns of the Persons referred to in clauses "“(a)", ",” “(b)" ” and "“(c)" ” above.

Indemnitees. Indemnitees" shall mean the following Persons: (a) the Purchaser; (b) the Purchaser's current and future affiliates; (c) the respective Representatives of the Persons referred to in clauses "(a)" and "(b)" above; and (d) the respective successors and assigns of the Persons referred to in clauses "(a)", "(b)" and "(c)" above; provided, however, that the stockholders of the Company shall not be deemed to be "Indemnitees."

Indemnitees" shall mean the following Persons: (a) the Purchaser; (b) the Purchaser's current and future affiliatesaffiliates (including CVSI but excluding the Sellers); (c) the respective Representatives of the Persons referred to in clauses "(a)" and "(b)" above; and (d) the respective successors and assigns of the Persons referred to in clauses "(a)", "(b)" and "(c)" above.

Indemnitees" shall mean the following Persons: (a) the Purchaser; (b) the Purchaser's current and future affiliates; (c) the respective Representatives of the Persons referred to in clauses "(a)" ) and "(b)" ) above; and (d) the respective successors and assigns of the Persons referred to in clauses "(a)", "(b)" ) and "(c)" ) above.

Indemnitees. “Indemnitees" shall mean ” means the following Persons: (a) the Purchaser; (b) the Purchaser's ’s current and future affiliatesAffiliates (including, for the avoidance of doubt, Parent and Parent’s current and future Affiliates); (c) the respective current and future Representatives of the Persons referred to in clauses "“(a)" ” and "“(b)" ” above; and (d) the respective successors and assigns of the Persons referred to in clauses "“(a)", ",” “(b)" ” and "“(c)" ” above.
