Indemnities provided by Allseas. Allseas releases and will save, indemnify, defend and hold DeepGreen Group harmless from and against any and all Claims arising in relation to this Agreement by reason of: (a) injury to, sickness of or death of any member of Allseas Group or its Subcontractors; (b) damage to, loss of or destruction of any property owned or hired by, leased or contracted to, Allseas Group or its Subcontractors; and (c) Pollution which originates from the vessels or equipment or the premises owned or leased or otherwise controlled by Allseas Group or its Subcontractors arising from, relating to or in connection with the performance or non-performance of this Agreement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
