Common use of Indemnity Agreements Clause in Contracts

Indemnity Agreements. Contemporaneously with any person designated in accordance with this Agreement becoming a director, the Company shall execute and deliver to such director a director indemnification agreement, in substantially the same form as the director indemnification agreements the Company entered into with the Company’s independent directors on or about the date of this Agreement.
