Indemnity and Payment Obligations. Notwithstanding Paragraph 9.1, no Swapped Cargo Force Majeure shall relieve, suspend, or otherwise excuse either Party from performing any obligation to indemnify, reimburse, hold harmless or otherwise pay the other Party under this Agreement.
