You will, at your sole cost, release and indemnify, defend and hold Janus, its affiliates, and its and their respective distributors, dealers, resellers, providers, suppliers, licensors (including, but not limited to, Nokē), officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors and representatives (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all losses, fines, settlements, fees, costs, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs and expenses of investigation and litigation) arising or resulting in any manner from your breach of or other failure to strictly comply with this XXXX or from any access to or use of (or the inability to access or use) the Software, or any portion thereof and/or the Facility caused or to the extent contributed by you.
