Indemnity by Allottee. The Allottee shall be and remain responsible for and to indemnify the Promoter the Owners and the Maintenance-in-Charge against all damages, costs, expenses, claims, demands, actions and proceedings occasioned to the Project or any part thereof or to any person due to negligence or any act deed or thing made done or occasioned by the Allottee or suffered by the Promoter or the Owners or the Maintenance In- charge as a result of any act of omission or negligence of the Allottee or the servants agents licensees or invitees of the Allottee and/or any breach or non- observance non-fulfillment or non-performance of the terms and conditions of the Agreement to be observed fulfilled and performed by the Allottee. THE EIGHTH SCHEDULE ABOVE REFERRED TO: (PAYMENT PLAN OF THE CONSIDERATION FOR ALLOTTED APARTMENT) The Total Consideration amount of Rs. /- for the Allotted Apartment mentioned in clause 1.2.1 of the agreement along with applicable GST shall be paid by the Allottee to the Promoter in installments as follows: PAYMENT SCHEDULE Timeline Percentage of said Total Consideration GST @ 5% Total Booking Amount 10 Rs.
