Common use of Indemnity by the Client Clause in Contracts

Indemnity by the Client. The Client agrees to indemnify the Agency against all costs, claims, demands, proceedings (civil or criminal), penalties, fines, losses, damages and expenses arising directly or indirectly from: the Client’s breach of this Contract; and/or any act, omission or default by the Client, any of his/her/its agents, employees, contractors, children of any age, other members of his/her family and domestic staff.

Indemnity by the Client. 13.1 The Client agrees to indemnify the Agency against all costs, claims, demands, proceedings (civil or criminal), penalties, fines, losses, damages damages, and expenses arising directly or indirectly from: : 13.1.1 the Client’s Clientˇs breach of this Contract; and/or and/or 13.1.2 any act, omission omission, or default by the Client, any of his/her/its agents, employees, contractors, children of any age, other members of his/her family and domestic staff.

Indemnity by the Client. The Client agrees to indemnify the Agency against all costs, claims, demands, proceedings (civil or criminal), penalties, fines, losses, damages claims and expenses arising directly or indirectly from: the Client’s : 14.1. his breach of this Contract; and/or agreement; 14.2. any act, omission neglect or default by the Client, any of his/her/its his agents, employees, employees or contractors, children of any age, other members of his/her family and domestic staff.
