Common use of Indemnity by Xxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Indemnity by Xxxxxx. Xxxxxx agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Lessor harmless from and against any loss, cost, liability, damage or expense, including without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in connection with or arising from: (a) Any negligence of Lessee or its employees, agents or contractors, in or on the Premises other than the act or omission of Lessor; and/or (b) Lessee’s failure to carry out its obligations under the Lease.

Indemnity by Xxxxxx.
