INDEMNITY CLAUSE FOR USE OF COMPLIMENTARY BIKES. Xxxxx agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of said property, his family and or Holiday Properties, it's employees and owners from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or relating to an injury or death related to the use of complimentary bikes provided for use at said property by guest, relative, friend of guest and or so on.
