Common use of Indemnity for Costs Clause in Contracts

Indemnity for Costs. Celestica shall indemnify the Issuing Bank against any and all costs, damages, expenses, taxes (other than taxes on overall net income, assets or capital), claims and demands which the Issuing Bank may incur or sustain by reason of or arising in any way whatsoever in connection with the operating, establishing or paying of the amounts payable under a Letter of Credit or arising in connection with any amounts payable by the Issuing Bank thereunder.
