Indemnity for Violation or Breach. XXXXXX agrees to be responsible for and assume all liability for and hereby agrees to release, protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless all members of BUYER GROUP and the CLIENT from and against any loss, cost, claim, liability, suit, judgment, award or damage (including reasonable attorney's fees) of whatever nature resulting from any violation or breach by SELLER of Applicable Anti-Corruption Laws, or any of the representations, warranties or other obligations contained in this Article 37.
